MOBIVERY (Mobility Everywhere) is a fast growing and leading Spanish start up focused on designing, and developing mobile applications for corporate customers, in Spain and abroad. Mobivery is a certified development partner in all major mobile platforms: iPhone, Palm Pre, Google Android, Blackberry RIMM, Symbian and WinMo. Mobivery currently employs 30 professionals in its Madrid, Barcelona and Seville offices, and plans to agressively expand in Spain and Internationally to more than 50 professionals by year-end.
As part of this expansion we are seeking the following profile:
SALES DIRECTOR, CORPORATE MOBILE APPLICATIONS
- Candidate will be tasked with managing a growing direct and indirect sales force, selling mobile applications to corporate customers
- Position reports to CEO and will be based in Madrid
- Candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- Proven successful sales management experience into coporate customers (3 years at least)
- Experience in complex selling
- Reasonable understanding of SW/HW markets
- Domination of the English language, and ideally other languages (e.g., German, French and Italian). Overall, ability to work in an international environment
- Team spirit and obsession with customer satisfaction
- Completion of a Licenciatura (4+ yrs of undergraduate education)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
- Flexibility and self- motivation to work in different environments, offices and with dynamic and chaotic schedules and hours
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize
- Passion for technology and mobile devices, particularly apple products a huge plus
- Compensation package:
- Competitive base salary coupled with large potential upside
- Variable compensation based on pre-determined sales compensation plan
- Level of compensation will be determined by candidate merits and fit
